Q /Where do I meet my driver at an airport
A / Your uniformed driver will be waiting for you outside the
arrival area if you have provided your mobile number we will ring
you , Please make a note of our number 01803 292292 so in the
unlikely event of not meeting our driver, you could ring us.
Q / Am I charged if my flight is delayed.
/ No given the flight details we will dispatch the taxi in
conjunction with the airlines information. However on occasions
when it is out of our control we would ask for waiting time
Q / do I get email confirmation.
A / If you book online we will confirm acceptance once it’s
transferred to our dispatch computer
Q / What is your cancellation policy.
All bookings cancelled before dispatch times will be refunded in
Q / Can you guarantee that we will catch our train, bus
A / when booking your taxi for departure tell the controller the
time of your connection & agree the pick up time from your
location. We are probably the only company in the Torbay
(Torquay, Paignton, Brixham) to guarantee train bus or coach
connections, should we fail we will if necessary take you
to your destination for the same price as your original fare.
